Maryland-made product producers and/or sellers that Sign Up to request a listing in the Buy Maryland Directory and are approved to list in the Directory agree to automatic enrollment in TPRG’s Maryland With Pride or its derivatives and to the establishment of a Maryland With Pride membership account for the purpose of receiving account services. Sign Up and approval constitute granting permission for a listing in the Buy Maryland Directory; social media promotion; email marketing inclusion; shopping guide inclusion; brand and/or product showcase inclusion online, in print, and at events as well as other services publicized prior to or subsequently to post of these terms and conditions for members, communicated to members by email or other documented means or agreed to in writing by both parties including to agreement by email transmittal.
Said TPRG Maryland With Pride enrollment is for the membership company or organization and not for an individual in the membership company or organization. Enrollment may be terminated in by written correspondence on termination between authorized parties of the membership organization and TPRG. TPRG will have the authority to determine who is an authorized party for Sign Up or termination of membership and may accept, deny, or terminate membership at TPRG’s discretion. Members are responsible for updating their account profile information, both administrative and public-facing in nature. TPRG and its associates shall not be liable for any rendering of membership services as described herein or in subsequent service updates that are communicated to the member’s authorized party of record.
Changes to Terms
The Directory reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which Maryland With Pride membership and services are offered. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions. The Directory encourages you to periodically review the Terms to stay informed of our updates.
